Oct. 9 ArtWalk on N. Monroe

N. Monroe is launching our first ArtWalk event on Oct. 9th 2021. All the venues will be open from 4pm – 7pm. This is the beginning of a tradition for N. Monroe to display art on the 2nd Saturday of each month. Here’s a list of participants!

Cruise on Monroe | Sept. 18, 2021

Cruise on Monroe 2021 is happening on Saturday, September 18 on N. Monroe. Registration starts at 10am, in the parking lot by the Adult Education Center at 2310 N. Monroe. It costs $10 per ticket to participate. Funds support the N. Monroe business district.

Monroe Food Truck and Artisan Vendor Fair

Rejuvenate on Monroe Food Truck and Artisan Vendor Fair. Every other Saturday beginning June 5th from 10:30am-5pm. The food trucks participating are: The Cuban Way, Lupita’s Tamales and Tacos,  Big Daddy’s Bahn Mi’s, and a Lemonade Truck that sells 12 different flavors.

Art on Monroe

From mural paintings to art walks we have lots of creative art opportunities on Monroe. Thank you to our neighbors & customers who came out to support our small businesses art event #artonmonroe this year, and continue to visit and enjoy the sites and shopping on North Monroe today and through the holiday season!

ArtWalk on Monroe is now happening every 2nd Saturday to participating venues in our district. Come check it out!

 

Cruise on Monroe

There is an annual Car Show event here on North Monroe, as well as an unofficial weekly cruise on Saturday nights during the summer.
