This year the Farmer’s Market Take Over is happening on Friday, Aug. 5th. Come see us from 3 to 7 pm!
We’ll be promoting our upcoming events, featuring a fun selfie photo booth, and will promote our NMBD member businesses! 🤩 If you have any promo materials you’d like us to have at the table on Friday, drop them by 1889 Salvage Co., attention Gina!
About the EG Farmer’s Market
Located in the parking lot of the IEL Adult Education Center (2310 North Monroe), the Emerson-Garfield Farmers’ Market is a seasonal weekly marketplace featuring around two dozen regional and neighborhood vendors.
The aim of the market is to bring fresh, healthy, affordable goods that are locally grown or produced to the residents of Emerson-Garfield as well as all those who pass through our up-and-coming neighborhood.
An intentional side benefit is that it also serves as a community hub, bringing both people and organizations together and cultivating meaningful relationships between them.
The market takes place every Friday from 3 to 7pm. In 2022, the season will run from June 3 to September 30.
